If you are not comfortable in small groups, not sure where to start with fitness or hate going to the gym try a Personal Training Session. All eyes are on you and my goal is to ensure your technique is correct & that you are achieving maximum efforts with your training to achieve results. I’m not the kind of trainer that will have you standing around & talking. I am a very hard worker and train for results. Unlike some Personal Trainers who like to stand around talking, texting or taking their time to get into a routine, (which means your heart rate never increases high enough to burn fat), with me you start from go with no stopping until the end of your 30 minute session. It’s hard work but isn’t that what you are here for and paying me for. To get results, to get back into shape, to start back on your fitness track. I can help you do all this & more.

HOWEVER, you must remember that exercise is only 20% of your daily routine, the other 80% is diet. If you can’t control your diet, change your routine, eat smaller portions, eat heathier then all of the PT in the world wont get you to your goal of losing weight or becoming fitter. I am not a nutritionist or dietitian, but I can steer you in the right direction to take the right path. You need to think of me as your TRAINING BUDDY. I will give you all the tools to start you on the right path to become a healthier, happier and fitter you. BUT I can’t see what you do at home nor control this, so this is where your commitment and dedication to want to change plays a big role in your PT sessions. When you are with me, it is hard work. When you are at home it should be the same.

Remember that exercise is a LIFESTYLE and should be done daily.

All that is required from you is commitment and the ability to be receptive to the exercises and routines I give you. I want you to succeed and if you put the work in and have the drive to improve your lifestyle you will. I like to make sure you are enjoying your sessions, but to get the full benefit you have to be able to work to your goals positively.

Depending on your needs the outcomes vary, but will include an improved level of health & fitness. Many people choose to use personal trainers to loose weight or to tone up. Others choose to start their workout strategy to increase cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility or coordination and immunity. As I take into account your desires in terms of your fitness goals, the outcomes vary but are always positive as long as you stick to the routine and EAT HEALTHY. Embarking on an exercise regime will boost your self confidence, making you look and feel better. Making the step to do one on one training could be the first step you need to make, helping you to enjoy the freedom regular exercise can bring to your life.

To work hard! I will push you to your limits; don’t mistake me for a softie. You commit to me and I will commit to achieving your goals.

I will teach you the right techniques. You cannot progress the exercise unless the technique is mastered. You and I cannot afford any injuries.

Constant variation and change! To stay motivated you need to learn new techniques & exercises, I will exposed you to what I know.

  • Please leave your mobile phone on silent. The fewer interruptions to your workout, the better we can focus on getting results.
  • No thongs!!
  • Be on time every session! If you’ve booked your appointment from 10.30-11.15am then this is the time of your appointment. I wont tolerate tardiness as this will also come out of your time allocated. Be on time all the time.

The special at the moment to ensure everyone can get fit is $35 for 30 minutes of training. This 30 minutes will consist of either body weight exercises, Gymstick, Metafit or Metapwr which all routines will improve cardio, toning & strength. Each class is choerographed to ensure you get the best results in each class & come out ensuring you have completed a GREAT workout.

Classes are to be booked each week as they do not carry through, make up classes in the same week can be arranged with the trainer. There are no contracts, you can sign up for as many sessions as you like for this price, however there is a direct debit system so payments can be deducted every week with no worries.
